Netherbright's Commander handles all funtional duties of the guild and is also the person around which the Regiment bands for guidance, in and out of character.

Generals can invite others to the guild, promote members, manage the guild bank, and serve the regiment as mediators in disputes. In Character, Generals lead the Regiment in war and attend to matters of strategic diplomacy.
