Quite possible, though if my high elf history is correct, they landed on the mass of land in western Tirisfal, and found it was cursed or whatever (speculated old god or something), and walked up to Quel'Thalas. Immediately the high elves began using their own architectural designs, and no longer would use the clearly highborne/night elven tower design (as shown here). Of course, anything is possible. It could even be something made up, like "Sinwalker Harbor" for Tak (and Shado) and their arpees or something. That'd be pretty cool, although it doesn't necessarily have to be that. It could even be a good place to hide Sibi! I still wanna know what it would be according to Blizzard, though. Oh great, now I'm curious. *flees off to WoWWiki*
