Day 1- Offensive Actions
A long and exhausting day its been. It is day one of the long awaited offensive against Kael'thas and his pawns on Sunwell Isle. Three ships have met the depths of the North Sea by my cannon, one fled. This new excitement is sure to raise the spirits of my men, but I worry for how long. Already we've lost more men than we'd ever like to say, and supplies will dwindle no matter how many sinking ships we loot. Their squadrons are weak but vast, and their dragonhawk riders are anything but pleasant as they soar over the horizon, bringing flame to my sails. This is bigger than any of us have seemed to anticipated, but the men I lead and the Prowess are ready for the fight of their lives. We're ready to meet the cold kiss of death with the light mist of the ocean on our cheeks.

Day 2- Land Action
As much as my crewmen prefer the thrill of the seas over action on land, I decided to drop anchor in a nearby cove of the Sunwell Isle and take the men to help with the establishment of the Shattered Sun Offensive. Much blood has stained the ravaged isle. Too much even for my liking. I write this entry with a proud, yet mournful heart. My men, swine and drunks they may be to the eyes of society, fought more bravely and valiantly than any Army my eyes have set upon.
The young shipmate and boy, Lothanos, was slain by a sniper's arrow. Our hearts go out to him, augmenting our cause to avenge those who have fallen and rid this world of the Legion once more. I cannot presume when the end of these days will come, if they come.
We must keep a weather eye on the horizon, waiting for these dark times to set, and a new era of peace to rise into our beloved world, Azeroth.

Day 3- Naval Negotiations
Today has been most interesting indeed. I decided our skirmishes on land to be of minor importance as more and more heroes of the realm set foot on the isle, and therefore commanded my men back to the ship. Surely a crew of sailors would be more befitting to war on the seas.
I ordered the men to weigh anchor when from the horizon, a large ship came to view. Its sails were vast and the vessel was very well matched against the likes of us. If only the cove had been more appeasing to acts of naval combat. We took evasive action and retreated back to the cavern, leaving the ship to be inspected when the enemy arrived.
Through the foggy morning waters, the dingey silently crept up to the ship. Ten elves on board, including their captain, crept close to the hull and began to climb, ready for a battle on deck. To their surprise, not one man was to be had. In this brief moment of disorientation, gunfire sounded and three of the ten men fell victim to the bullets of the best snipers in my crew. The enemy drew their swords and we dropped down to the deck from the rocks. Two more of the enemy fell by gunfire and the captain floundered. The enemy dropped their accoutrements and raised their hands in surrender. The captain was anything but fit to lead a ship. And so today my dagger dripped rubies, and with them I acquired a new ship.
Perhaps this will play well in the upcoming meeting.

Day 4- Repair and Replenish
In light of things, I have commanded the men to a day to themselves as I repaired the Prowess. The bloodsucking, greedy inhabitants of this world never cease to amaze me. My fortunes can withstand such prices to keep a whole fleet of ships, but it still bothers me. I must stock the new ship and I'd like to rename her. Some say it be bad luck. I'm not in the practice of believing such things.
When all is ready to go, I must find myself an able captain to one of the ships. I haven't decided as to which one I will command personally. The Prowess is a fine ship and has served me very well, but this new vessel I've acquired is impressive. A war-ship from the very first plank and nail, but it is a tad slower because of this fact. No matter. I will decide after the meeting. Maybe there I can find a more able bodied captain. Besides, I'd like to keep all the men in my crew with me on whichever ship I choose.

Day 5- Undulations of Life
I proposed my idea at the meeting today. The Naval division has been set up. I still need to find a second Captain. It feels like life is in a downward spiral with no signs of stopping. This war takes so many lives, but why does death beyond the front even take place? I was there when it happened.
Sairia had a miscarriage at the meeting. I saw the blood, her tears, and her wails of disbelief. She is my best friend, and nothing would please me more than to see her recover from this. I have a feeling she won't be the same for a while. Her and Satturos will be different people for a long time, I think. Eventually though, I believe they will come back around, as the undulations of life always do. What goes up, must come down, but when you've hit rock bottom, the only way is up.

Day 6- Searching
I think there might be a couple members of the Regiment who are interested in the position of a new Captain. I'm still searching for a new crew for that Captain, whoever it may be. Plenty of people out there looking for jobs, I just want to find suitable ones. I hope Sai is holding in there. I haven't really talked to her today.
Sunsinger's endeavor is getting underway. I think it should be fun, perhaps even successful if the tide is in our favor. It will be a good time with Tou and Erelle regardless if we find what we're looking for or not.

Day 7- Captain Waylorn
Sairia seems much better! As best as she can be at this point I guess. She asked about the Captain position and of course I let her have it, on the terms that she could handle it under her recent circumstances. I trust we will get a lot done, and have plenty of fun along the way. I'm trying to grab Shadouri to come a long with me on my ship, which I still have yet to name. We still have some things to get done regarding our family history. Things seemed a lot more positive today, no deaths within the crew for the past couple days. The offensive is increasingly growing and I have no doubts of success.

I haven't seen you in forever.. a lot has changed, and I think I'm going to change this into more of a journal.
I need some way of expressing my thoughts. I don't know anyone who will listen.
Roo and I are over. He seems to think lust got the better of our relationship. Its the biggest load of bullshit I've ever heard. I just became so busy.. I miss him. A lot. But I guess I can't say the same for him. Maybe a few days after we broke up, he started his little boyish flirtations with Reathe.
..Reathe... if anyone is hung up on lust, its him. It hurts to think that the ones I love have grown so apart from me. I didn't have many close friends. Rooku was my life, and now he is gone from my life. Sairia has become so busy with Satturos that I'm beginning to think shes not right for her job, and is growing further from me as my close friend. I haven't seen my brother in weeks. As far as everyone else goes, its the same old crap.
I love the Regiment but to say they love me back is proving harder and harder to say. I know Erelle cares for me though. Thats one of the few things I can hold onto and keep my chin up about. Some drama happened between Satturos and Onika. I know and respect them both. Oni resigned as General after Erelle apparently negated Oni's previous punishment on Satturos for acting out of line. I stepped in and reinstated the punishment and brought Oni back to her rightful place. I think she appreciated it. She needs those sort of people in her life, to back her up and support her.
I guess I'm not alone. But for now, I have my ships and I have my crew. Thats all I really ne- No. Thats all I have. What I need is love. True love. Not one that can just be tossed out the window in a second and land in the lap of a whore..
